From deep tissue and neuromuscular therapy to trigger point work, myofascial release, stretching, cupping, lymphatic techniques, and more, each modality has a purpose. We assess. We adapt. We work with your body rather than forcing it into a routine. We don’t believe in one-size-fits-all massage. We believe in purposeful bodywork, tailored to you. Cancellation & Appointment Policy Your appointment is reserved just for you. When you book an appointment with ReNew Sport & Therapeutic Massage, you aren’t just paying for a service—you’re reserving a dedicated block of time with your massage therapist. Your therapist sets aside this time exclusively for you. When an appointment is canceled or changed at the last minute, that reserved time often cannot be offered to another client. We understand that life happens, and emergencies will be considered on a case-by-case basis. We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for all cancellations and appointment changes. Please Note: Rescheduling Is Considered a Cancellation Rescheduling or moving your appointment to another date or time with less than 24 hours’ notice is considered a late cancellation and is subject to the applicable cancellation fee. Changing your appointment does not eliminate the fee, as the original time was reserved exclusively for you and may not be filled on short notice. Our Cancellation Fees * Less than 24 hours’ notice: Cancellations, rescheduling, or appointment changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a 50% charge of the scheduled service fee. * Less than 1 hour’s notice: Cancellations, rescheduling, or appointment changes made within 1 hour of your appointment time will be subject to a 100% charge of the scheduled service fee. * No-shows: Appointments missed without notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee. How to Cancel or Change an Appointment For cancellations or changes made less than 24 hours before your appointment, please call 309-839-2004 or email renewstm@gmail.com during business hours. These requests cannot be made online or by text message. Voicemails or emails received outside of business hours will be reviewed the next business day and may not be considered timely notice.
